The DK-5K is two scales in one is ideal for weighing many recipe ingredients, with its two weighing platforms. The larger Platform A has a capacity of  11 lbs (5kg) and is suitable for weighing bulk ingredients. The smaller Platform B with a capacity of 2.2 lbs (1kg) is a retractable platform, suitable for weighing your fine ingredients that require higher precision. The scale has a back-lit display with large numbers making it easy to read.
